Shipping and Delivery
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all products and currently only ship to Canada, Australia, UK, and USA. However, please contact us if you have a special request for us to ship outside these countries.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
1. Processing time
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our Chinese manufacturer for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed and payment is received. The manufacturer and China EMS/China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2-5 days.
2. Shipping time
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Outside of the US, delivery can take between 6-30 business days. US delivery orders usually arrive within 6-20 business days and are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 6 and 14 days to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time. Please allow up to 20 business days for delivery to a US address and up to 30 business days for delivery to a non-US address. Note that for some countries, shipping may take longer than estimated.
If you do not receive your shipment within 30 days please contact us immediately at email@example.com or alternatively contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ page on our website.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track the parcel via the email we sent you or input your order's tracking number into our Order Tracking page.
If you have ordered more than one product, some orders are shipped separately so do not be alarmed if you do not receive your full shipment the first time. They may be received 2-5 days apart from each other.
